May 15, 2014—Dimension Industries recalled its Fairview 7-Piece Patio Woven Dining Set, because the legs of the chairs can bend and break, which poses a fall hazard for the user.

The set includes six chairs and a table that’s 29 inches high, 42 inches wide and 80 inches long, and has a tan-and-white porcelain-tile tabletop and a black metal frame. The chairs have a black metal frame and brown wicker seats and seatbacks. The chairs are 40 inches high, 24 inches wide and 27 inches deep. “7 piece Woven Dining Set” and “Imported by Costco Wholesale” are printed on the product’s package. Item code ITM./ART. 966630 is printed on the set’s instructions.

The recalled dining set was sold at Costco stores nationwide from January 2014 to March 2014. Dimension received three reports of chair legs that bent or broke and caused falls. Consumers should stop using the recalled chairs and contact Dimension for instructions on how to receive a full refund.

For more information, consumers should call Dimension at 800/598-6532 Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET or go to agio-usa.com.
